HVPTO Needs Your Help
HVPTO events and fundraiser only happen when we have amazing volunteers to make them happen.
The positions below are currently in need of a volunteer. Chairs/Co-Chairs are fully in charge of the event for this year and Shadows are volunteers willing observe and help this year and to take over an event for the next year. We are also always in search of skilled volunteers to help across projects.

MULTICULTURAL NIGHT
Event Date: January 2026
New Event! Work with our schools to plan a new Multicultural Night to celebrate the heritage of all our families!
1ST DAY SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Event Date: Spring 2026 + Week before school starts
Coordinate supply lists with grade level teacher leads, set up lists with !st Day School Supplies, direct communications and marketing, and lead distribution to classrooms before the first day of school
MEMORIAL DAY PARKING LOT
Event Date: May 2026
Looking for 1 – 3 chairs to run our Parking Lot Fundraiser over the Memorial Day weekend. Check our volunteer shifts in and out throughout the day, coordinated with the other day chairs and the HVPTO Deposit Treasurer.
8th GRADE / 3rd GRADE BOOK EXCHANGE
Event Date: May 2026
Work with the 8th Grade ELA teacher and Valley staff to arrange for drinks & snacks during the annual book exchange!
MIDDLE SCHOOL HONOR ROLL BREAKFAST
Event Date: May – June 2026
Work with the Valley staff to arrange for Breakfast & Raffle prizes for our Middle School Honor Roll students!
SENIOR SENDOFF
Event Date: June 2026
Perfect for an alumni parent! Work with school to plan Send Off event for HVS Alumni Seniors.
SUMMER SUNSET PARENT PARTY
Event Date: May – June 2026
Work with our partners at Martha’s to organize HVPTO’s annual end of the year Parent party!

HVPTO’s longest running and community favorite FUNraiser! The Coordinator oversees all Carnival chairs and jumps in where needed!

HVPTO’s longest running and community favorite FUNraiser! Our Raffle Prize Solicitation Chair works with our Raffle Chairs and our VP of Community Partnerships to solicit and gather the prizes available in our Raffle
